We arrived in Moab Sunday afternoon and after we set up camp at the Canyonlands RV Park (right in town) we immediately took off for Amasa Back (or Cliff Hanger as some people call it).

Steve test rides a Pugsley.  We met a guy named Andrew who was riding an wild Surly Pugsley on the trail. He built it up really nice with a Rohloff hub, Code brakes, Stylo cranks and mustashe bars – it probably weighed around 32 lbs.  The 26×4.0 tires with 10 lbs of air pressure were pretty good at eating up the bumps!

Amasa Back offers unlimited freeride options.
