Mammoth Bike Park, California * September 2006
Mammoth Bike Park closes next weekend. This has been an awesome summer of riding at Mammoth that probably wouldn’t have happened for us had Northstar been open. When one door closes another opens and usually it’s better! It seemed like dhReno riders were shredding Mammoth almost every weekend.

Mammoth Lakes, CA - The Mammoth Mountain Bike Park now has nearly 40 miles of single-track trails open from the top to bottom. After a record-setting winter of massive snowfall the Mountain Bike Park opened on schedule on June 24th with limited terrain, and continued heroic efforts by the Trail Crew mean new terrain is opening every week.
Mammoth Mountain, California * July 1st & 2nd, 2006
It was wild sharing the mountain with skiiers and boarders! There is still a lot of snow so not much of the mountain is open for riding but what is open is a hoot to ride.

Bike Trail Prep
The following is from the Mammoth Mountain Live Vibe site: ”On Monday, June 5, the dig-out began. While the Mammoth snow report stated a base of 7 to 9 feet of snow, the bike crew brought out the snowblowers on the mountain’s lower measures. Live Vibe talked with Dave Geirman, who’s leading the battle against the heaviest winter at Mammoth by listing at least eight trails opening for June 24.”
The Mammoth Mountain Bike Park is scheduled to open on June 24th, 2006. Get ready for some serious fun on these trails! For more info Click Here
