Cal Poly Wheelmen Gearing Up for 18th Annual Parkfield Classic Mountain Bike Race on October 13th -14th, 2007.
SAN LUIS OBISPO – Grease the granny gears, and get ready for the hills, spills and thrills of the 18th annual Parkfield Classic Mountain Bike Race sponsored by Foothill Cyclery and presented by the Cal Poly Wheelmen.

Downhill Single Run format. Our downhill course is 100% single track and features tight turns, high speed G-outs, and exciting drops. New this year rock gardens will challenge your skills while taking you through the trees. Bypasses are given for most obstacles. Expert and Sport courses are different. Payout will be given to the 3 fastest times for riders on the Expert course. 1st place will receive $100, 2nd $50, and 3rd will receive $20.
