The ride at Downieville this weekend was the earliest ever! We had some snow drifts at the top but the rest of the trail was awesome riding! The trail hasn’t been cleaned up from the winter so there are lots of rocks, trees and debris; the trail is rough —– so it’s perfect for downhill bikes!

It’s snow time! Eric & Sean tried to take the Sunrise Trail but it had way too much snow on it to ride.

Downieville Outfitters new location
The bike shop locations are different in DVille now. Downieville Outfitters is in the Downieville Motors building on the 2nd floor. Yuba Expeditonsis in the old DV Outfitters location across from the DV Grocery.

Post ride fuel stop in Portola. Everyone loved the food at this little Mexican restaurant. I can’t remember the name of the place but it’s on the main drag on the north side of the highway.

Had a blast, trail is soo much fun!
I was talking to my parents and they are all for shutteling us! just need to pick a weekend and get it on the calendar

Great Time! Was so excited to ride Dville so early! The restaurant in Portola was called La Carmalita or something like that. It was tastey.
